Betting rules and market settlement

Bets are deemed final and settled within one hour of the match end (or event conclusion for non-football products). If a match is postponed or cancelled, all bets on that match are voided and stakes are returned to your account balance. Partial match results (if a match is abandoned mid-play) are handled according to the market type—some markets settle on the score at the time of abandonment; others void entirely. Dispute resolution and liability
If you believe a bet was settled incorrectly or a withdrawal failed, contact selalubet support with the details. We investigate all disputes within five business days. If we find an error on our side, we correct your balance immediately. If we find no error, we explain the outcome and remain available for further questions.
We at selalubet are not liable for losses resulting from your betting decisions, market outcomes, or force majeure events (natural disasters, extreme weather, internet outages). We are liable for direct damages caused by our negligence or system failure—for example, if we credit the wrong account with your deposit or miscalculate your winnings. If any term is found invalid by a court, the remaining terms remain in effect.
